 PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Design and Develop Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for quality control of traditional Indian snacks       

(Participants can select any one traditional indian snacks of their choice) 

DELIVERABLES: 

1. What is your idea on SOP of snacks quality control ? 

2. Your idea must include the following test: 

(a) FFA of fried oil

(b) Salt content 

(c) Shelf life test 

(d) Fat test for food product etc

3.What are the chemicals & equipments required for to perform the test?

SELECTION PROCESS:

(1) ROUND-1:

  • Challenge Registration on GruwitZ. 
  • All the participants providing valid solution to problem statement will be promoted to round-2. 

(2) ROUND-2:

  • Online assessment session on SOP by Hitesh Tripathy (CEO Tech4Serve).
  • Selection of 10 Top Performers.

(3) ROUND-3:

  • Online presentation and Q&A session for 10 Top Performers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SELECTED CANDIDATES :

  • Understanding the requirements of the allotted operations/project sites. 
  • Making daily reports on the work in progress
  • Documenting existing SOP along with workers. 
  • Drafting Quality and hygiene Policies.
  • Training and educating chef teams and workers.  
  • Development of new products and trials 
  • New product ideas. 
  • Conducting store and warehouse quality audits. 
  • Conducting stock audits. 
  • Software Implementation and support system post training

 

ELIGIBILITY :

  • Anyone with Food Science/Food Technology background.
