Imagine that you just got hired by SoFood- congratulations! You are now responsible for launching the Brotos sprouts in India,creating consumer awarness and you have a limited budget. Using your knowledge of what you know about the Indian market and its residents, please outline your strategy of how to penetrate in Indian market.
1.Who is your primary target consumer and how would you engage them? Please describe the target consumer from a demographic and a socio-economic perspective.

b.How would you make them aware of your brand?
c.What channels, events, platforms, etc. would you use and how will these methods work within a small budget?
2.Based on your knowledge of the market, what strategy would you use to successfully launch Brotos sprouts in India?
a.Who are your main competitors?
b.Who are the key retailers you would approach?
c.What things would differentiate you from competitors?
d.How would you focus on product performance, brand heritage and lifestyle the brand ?
GRADING OF THE SUBMISSIONS:
Your ideas would be graded on the following parameters:
Ø The Top Performers will be entitled with Cash Reward,work from home internship and Top Performer Certificate duly authorised by the company in collaboration with Gruwitz.
Ø The company will provide an work from home internship opportunity (Marketing Intern Profile) for duration of 3 months, can be extended upto 6 months on the basis of periodic performance evaluation.
Ø Participation certificate to all.

· Anyone from Food Science/ Food Technology background.
